Subscription policy
Updated 2026-10-18 · Free beta
Plans and prices are being finalised. Public checkout is not open. This page explains the subscription rules prepared for launch and does not offer a plan for sale.
Before subscribing
Review the plan price, currency, billing interval, tax treatment, usage allowances and included features at checkout. A recurring subscription must also state the renewal schedule and, for a finite term, the number of billing cycles. Do not assume that a test plan, example price or preview is a public offer.
Workspace billing
Subscriptions belong to a workspace. Its owner manages purchases and cancellation; members should contact their workspace owner for billing changes. Access is activated only after the payment and subscription state are verified, not merely because checkout was opened.
Recurring payments
If you authorise recurring billing, charges follow the interval and term shown at checkout until cancellation or completion of that term. Authorising a payment method alone is not confirmation of paid access. Failed payments may interrupt paid features until the subscription is restored.
Usage and credits
Published plans will explain any AI allowance, render/export limit and storage allowance. Do not assume unlimited usage, rollover, extra credits or overage billing unless the plan explicitly includes them. Paid entitlements and usage are scoped to the subscribed workspace.
Plan changes
Only changes explicitly offered in the product are supported. An upgrade, downgrade, proration or credit should never be assumed from a support request or a button click. The effective date and price must be confirmed before a change is applied.
Cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation through Billing & Plan or support before the next scheduled charge. Read Refunds & cancellation for the 7-day first-payment offer and renewal rules. Account deletion and cancellation are separate requests; make sure a subscription cancellation is confirmed before deleting a workspace.
