Digital delivery

When paid subscriptions are available, access will be provided through the authorised workspace after successful payment verification and subscription activation. A bank debit or checkout completion screen alone may precede that verification. Contact support if access does not match a confirmed payment.

Supported features provide digital files or content in the product. Some exports are generated in your browser and must be downloaded to your device. Generation depends on the submitted inputs, usage allowance and processing status; a failed generation is not a completed delivery.

If access or an export fails, record the visible error and contact support with your workspace name and, for billing issues, the payment reference. Avoid including private app material unless it is necessary to diagnose the issue and you intend to share it.
