Research / What you get

An app analysis to work from

Build the launch around what the app actually does and who it serves.

  • App facts, audience and market context
  • Available store listings and public reviews
  • Missing information called out explicitly

Your next step

Check the app facts and fill in the context that is missing.

Research depends on the information and sources available for your app.

What you get

Concrete work.
From brief to launch package.

Each step carries your app context forward. Research informs the positioning. Positioning shapes the copy and creatives. QA checks the package.

01

A direction you can explain

App analysis, review themes and positioning options tied to the available evidence.

  • App analysis
  • Opportunity review
  • Positioning decision

Choose the direction before creating assets.

02

Store copy with a purpose

A primary message, short description or iOS subtitle, and full description built around your chosen positioning.

  • Primary message
  • Store description
  • Message hierarchy

Review the claims against what your app actually does.

03

A story for your screenshots

Plan the sequence, headlines and visual direction, then create store images using your real app screens.

  • Screenshot strategy
  • Creative versions
  • Asset approval

You confirm that screenshots represent the real app.

04

A package for launch day

Bring listing text, store images and launch checks together with a developer handoff.

  • Launch QA
  • Launch package
  • Store checklist

You upload the build and publish in the store console.

AppOrient supports your launch workflow alongside your store console and analytics. Verified keyword rankings and search volume are not currently available. AppOrient is not released yet: the capabilities above describe what it is being built to do and may change before release.

Trust & evidence

Know why it recommends.
Decide what happens next.

A recommendation should give you something to inspect, not just something to believe.

  • Evidence stays attached

Review the sources behind an insight and distinguish observations from interpretations.

  • Approval stays with you

Choose the positioning, review the copy and approve the assets. You confirm readiness and publish.

  • Unknown stays unknown

Missing sources and unmeasured results are labeled. AI suggestions are not proof of demand.

How to read an insight

Illustrative example, not a finding about your app.

Observed
A public review asks for an easier setup.
Interpretation
Setup may be a concern for this reviewer.
Recommendation
Review whether your listing explains the setup clearly.
Result
Not measured. A recommendation is not an outcome.

Your decision

Review the source, check the app, then accept or leave the recommendation.

After launch

Keep the context.
Find the next useful move.

Bring reviews, competitor observations, creative versions and experiments into the same workspace as your launch decisions.

  1. 01

    Review the signals

See what public reviews and recorded store observations are pointing to.

  2. 02

    Choose an action

Inspect opportunities and record a testable hypothesis before acting.

  3. 03

    Check what is known

Keep measured results separate from assumptions and missing data.

Performance data such as installs is not connected. AppOrient does not promise ranking or growth outcomes.

Built for people who ship apps.

Indie developers

Ship without becoming an ASO expert.

Small product teams

Turn launch work into one repeatable system.

Shared workspaces, roles and one place for every app's launch, so nothing lives in someone's head.

FAQ

A few things to know.

What is AppOrient?

AppOrient is an AI App Launch & Growth Agent. It takes a mobile app that is built (or being built) and runs the work after the code: research, positioning, store copy, screenshot strategy, store creatives, launch QA and, once you're live, growth opportunities.

Who is AppOrient for?

Mobile app developers, indie developers and small product teams who ship to Google Play and the App Store and don't want launch work spread across a dozen tools.

Does AppOrient build my mobile app?

No. AppOrient starts where the code ends. It works from your app's description, your store listings, your screenshots and public reviews.

Does AppOrient publish directly to Google Play or the App Store?

No. AppOrient prepares the launch package (store images and listing text) and walks you through the store steps. You upload your build and publish in Google Play Console or App Store Connect, then tell AppOrient your launch status.

What does the AI do?

It researches your app and its market, interprets what it finds, recommends positioning, drafts store copy, plans the screenshot story, generates creatives, checks the launch for gaps, and surfaces opportunities after launch.

What do I still control?

Every decision. You choose the positioning, approve each creative, confirm your screenshots are real screens of your app, and publish. AppOrient never marks something done on your behalf.

Does AppOrient support multiple stores?

Yes, Google Play and the App Store. Each store keeps its own strategy, creatives and checks, so one store's work is never mixed into the other's.

Does AppOrient provide keyword rankings or search volume?

Verified keyword rankings and search volume are not currently available. AppOrient helps with positioning, store copy and creatives using your app context and available research. Use a dedicated keyword data tool when you need those metrics; AI suggestions are not measured search demand.

Can AppOrient help after launch?

Yes. Growth Overview brings together opportunities, reviews, competitors, creatives and experiments for a live app, and says plainly when a source isn't connected.

What data does AppOrient use?

What you give it (your app description, audience, markets, screenshots and documents) plus public store data: your listings and public reviews. Performance data such as installs isn't connected, and AppOrient doesn't make those numbers up.

How does AppOrient handle evidence and uncertainty?

Every insight is labeled for what it is: Observed, Interpretation, Recommendation or Hypothesis. Recommendations link to their evidence, and something is only a result once it has actually been measured.
